The property features the original 1962 Ranch House homestead and operates as a full-service horse boarding facility with a focus on equine-assisted services.
Private stalls with oversize runs are featured in this boarding package. Daily care includes Colorado and/or alfalfa hay fed morning and evening, daily turnout, daily manure removal, and flies and pests management. Horses are turned out early and brought in during the heat of the day. The facility includes access to a large riding ring with sand footing and direct access to National Forest trails.
