• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, and interactions with the site.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
• Location data: approximate location based on IP address, used to show nearby facilities.

2.3 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. • Facility listings: information you include in your listing (facility name, location, contact info, photos) is publicly visible on the site.
• Inquiries: when a horse owner submits an inquiry, their name, contact information, and message are shared with the facility owner.
• Service providers: we use third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Google (analytics and geocoding). These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Update your information: you can update your listing and account information at any time by logging in at stallsource.com/list.
• Delete your account: contact us at jbeutler@stallsource.com to request account and data deletion.
• Cookies: you can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
