1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stall Source ("the Service"), operated by Stall Source LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stall Source is an online directory that connects horse owners with horse boarding facilities across the United States. We provide a platform for facility owners to list their boarding services and for horse owners to browse and contact those facilities. We do not own, operate, or manage any boarding facility listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

Facility owners must create an account to list their facility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

4. Facility Listings

4.1 Accuracy of Information

Facility owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they provide in their listings, including but not limited to pricing, amenities, photos, availability, and descriptions.

4.2 Legal Compliance

By listing a facility on Stall Source, you represent and warrant that your facility complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to zoning laws, land use regulations, business licensing requirements, animal welfare laws, and any permits required to board horses at your location. Stall Source does not verify the zoning status, licensing, or legal compliance of any listed facility.

4.3 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these terms.

5. No Endorsement

Stall Source does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any facility listed on the platform. The inclusion of a facility on our directory does not constitute a recommendation. "Verified" status indicates only that a facility owner has claimed and manages their listing — it does not indicate any inspection, certification, or approval of the facility by Stall Source.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

The Stall Source name, logo, and all related designs, text, and graphics are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. Facility owners retain ownership of the content they submit (photos, descriptions, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stall Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from transactions or interactions between users and listed facilities.

Stall Source is not responsible for the condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any boarding facility listed on the platform. All transactions and arrangements between horse owners and facility owners are solely between those parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stall Source, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
