The property features barn boarding with stalls and 30-foot paddocks, spacious shaded paddocks (50x150) with stalls, an all-weather 100x150 arena with lava sand footing, a round pen with sand base, and an automatic entry gate for security. Quality hay is fed twice daily and weighed for each horse, with barns and paddocks cleaned daily.
