R Folly Farm is a 12-stall boarding barn located in Morris, Connecticut (Litchfield County) in northwest Connecticut. Founded by Mady and Thorn Rosenthal as a home for their own dressage horses, the facility now operates as a boarding barn with a focus on environmental stewardship, having received the Horse Farm of Environmental Distinction award from the Connecticut Horse Environmental Awareness Program in 2010.
Boarding includes individualized breakfast and dinner feed with designated supplements, hay as needed, daily stall cleaning and picking, and weather-permitting daily turnout. Blanketing and/or booting before and after turnout is included, as well as hoof picking upon return to stalls. The manager provides a nightly check on all horses. Boarders have access to storage areas, radiant heated tack rooms, bathrooms, and a lounge.
