Center aisle, concrete barn with stalls available on 6 acre farm in Rustic Ranches, Wellington • Stalls are 12 x 12 with mats and fans as well as water bucket fillers (reverse osmosis) and peek throughs in each stall to outside and the aisle • 4 interior wash/grooming stalls and 4 exterior • Nine grass paddocks available for turnout • 250 x 150 GGT Ebb & Flow riding ring with plenty of jumps • 60 foot round pen with GGT footing for lunging • Shared use of climate controlled tack room, feed room, laundry room and riders lounge with kitchen • Hackable to Wellington International and the Wellington Environmental Preserve • Plenty of parking for cars, horse trailers, golf carts etc. • Grass area for riding or grazing • Owner onsite daily for ring maintenance
