Flatwood Farm Performance Horses is a family-owned facility in Conyers, Georgia, operating for nearly 35 years. The farm offers lessons, training, and a fun family environment, helping students of all backgrounds and levels acquire foundational skills and develop riding techniques.

Flatwood Farm offers a limited number of private boarding stalls in 12x12 stalls with access to a boarder tack room, round pen, two arenas (including one with jumps, barrels, and poles), a wash rack, two large turnout pastures, two small paddocks, and 40 acres of on-property trails.
