Southeastern Arena is a 128,000-square-foot show facility on over 30 acres in Unadilla, Georgia along Interstate 75. The property features a 250x250 indoor arena with bleachers, a 70x150 covered make-up arena, a 225-stall building attached to the main arena, 40 additional outside stalls, and 75+ RV hookups. The full-menu Wild West Cafe overlooks the arena, and the facility hosts regular horse shows, auctions, and competitions including barrel racing and youth championships.

Overnight boarding includes access to 265 stalls, RV hookups with water and electric, and accessible shower facilities. A full-service restaurant is located on-site under the same roof as the boarding facilities.
