Hi, I am from california grew up rodong PREs and with an Olympic dressage rider. I moved to indiana after my wife graduated vet school from purdue. I built a facility with the goal in mind of having all the amenitoes of a full large equestrian center that I grew up at in a small facility. I have a 60x136 indoor arena and a 80x200 outdoor arena. 60 foot round pen and a hot walker. 5 private 90x90 paddocks for turn out and 4 larger 300x100 paddocks for semi private turn out. We 7 dry lots so the horses can be out even when its wet (they dont get muddy) I have gravel pathways between everything so there is no mud season on my property. we have 13 stalls all are 12x12 with corner feeders fans hay nets and an stall matress stall mats. they all have an attached 12x30 foot run out with a french drain so they always stay dry. I feed hay and grain 2x daily and will feed all supplements with grain. We will hold for farrier and vet visits, blanket and turn in and out at no exctra charge. I do offer training and lessons as well. And for boarders I do have a trailer that I can use to haul a horse to a vet in case of emergency just charge gas for that. I try to run the place so you dont have to worry and can have your own life and come to the barn to enjoy not worry and fret.

12x12 stall with attached run out. we blanlet water feed 2x per day and clean stalls daily. Grain and hay are included. turn out is weather unless the weather is horrible they get out every day if possible. and if the weather is bad will get some arena turn out time in the morning to run around and roll. blanketing is included amd we hold for vet amd farrier visits if you want for no charge.
