All boarders will have access to a 100x40 Indoor arena with overhead sprinkler system, climate-controlled restroom & breakroom with refrigerator, climate-controlled wash rack with hot & cold water, spacious stalls, several tacking areas, 2 tack rooms (one in stall barn & one in loafing barn), stocks, trailer parking, gated property, 80x40 Loafing barn for pastured horses. Owner lives onsite and has over decade of horse boarding experience.
