Jim a Dee Ranch is a family-owned facility located off I-35 in Sanger with nearby feed stores, hotels, and restaurants. The ranch offers a lighted, all-weather covered arena with observation deck and distinctive carriage driving courses.

Overnight boarding includes 24 pre-bedded stalls in an insulated barn, a wash rack, turnout pens and pasture access, plus RV hookups for overnight guests.
