Lakefield Farm is a generational horse farm in Grafton, Wisconsin, now operating under the Lakefield Farm name after merging with Synergy Equine. Managed by Leanne Albers, daughter of the original owners, the farm offers training, lessons, education, boarding, and horse care. Summer programs are in development.

Lakefield Farm offers boarding in 26 large open-front box stalls with heavy rubber mats, automatic heated waterers, individual tack lockers, and a heated humidity-controlled tack room with lounge. The facility features a 60x160 indoor arena, a large outdoor sand arena, a groomed grass dressage arena, and private trails winding through fields, woods, and along the Milwaukee River, with daily or 24-hour turnout options.
